Through his own experiences, and those of a carefully selected network of executive talent, the aim is to bring that Executive Bench Strength to you, and your business. Having spent many years working IN and ON businesses of all sizes, Simon has been helping technology based businesses grow for over 20 years. This new venture builds on the international venture capital, commercialisation and strategic innovation work done in previous years through LaunchPad, which was originally founded in 1997. |

Simon successfully balances strategic foresight and identifying market opportunity with commercial pragmatism and a focus on implementation. He has invested in, worked for and guided the growth of multiple technology based and innovative businesses ranging in size from StartUp to Multinational Corporate.
He co-founded a publicly listed VC firm in NZ and Australia, and also co-founded a commercialisation agency that developed a portfolio of early stage export organisations. More recently he was GM Sales & Marketing at Datamine (a leading ANZ data and analytics consultancy and product developer) and GM Accelerator Services at Callaghan Innovation (an NZ government agency focused on supporting hi-tech businesses and the commercialisation of innovation and R&D). An internationally proven Leader he has lived & worked in NZ, Australia, the USA and UK, managed both private and public Digital ICT companies and conducted business in 25+ countries around the world. |
